Brussels, 13 & 14 November 2018

As the capital of Belgium, Brussels is a popular destination for tourists, and many EU authorities and related professional events. As a result, there is always high demand for accommodation. Delegates are therefore strongly recommended to make flight and hotel reservations well in advance.

Belgium is serviced by most leading airlines operating direct flights from major cities throughout Europe and the rest of the world. The closest airport is the Brussels International Airport.  It is located around 20 minutes away from the city center by taxi; standard fares apply to all Belgium taxi drivers.

There is visa-free entry for citizens of most European countries, and many other countries. To find out if you need a visa, there is a useful website at Delegates who need a formal invitation letter in order to obtain a visa to attend the 2017 Antimony Day are advised to contact the i2a Secretariat as soon as possible. Asking for such a letter is not a commitment to attend, but can speed up visa applications.
